Southern Executive Jet, Inc. would like to extend our appreciation to all piston and jet owners and operators for allowing our group of highly trained and motivated mechanics, avionics technicians, and interior specialists to provide you with a one stop shop for ALL of your aircraft needs.
Our technicians and parts support attend factory approved training and spend many hours learning the profession. We are all experts in our field including, but not limited to, inspections, modifications, and repairs. This includes such tasks as cable changes, major structural repairs, pre-purchase inspections, window/windshield resurfacing, battery service (Ni-Cad or Lead Acid), and air-conditioning services. Insurance claims are also welcome. Aircraft repairs are performed regularly on a variety of insurance related jobs, ranging from prop strike inspections (sudden stoppage) and lightning strike inspections to skin and hull repair. Qualified personnel are employed and trained in the current regulations and technologies required to restore damaged aircraft to airworthiness standards.
Minor repairs and cosmetic touch-ups can be made to most airframes. Any modifications, alterations, STC conversions, and 337 changes are performed in accordance with the latest FAA standards and regulations. As an FAA Certified Repair Station (#S5ER218X), all aircraft repairs, conversions, and changes are made by licensed technicians and a licensed inspector approves each repair, conversion, or change.
Our avionics technicians are highly trained to support your needs as well. They are here to provide troubleshooting with existing equipment, new installations, and all of your avionic certifications. This includes the 2 year RVSM/pitot/static certification (14 CFR 91.411) and 2 year transponder certification (14CFR 91.413). They are familiar with all of the different factory installed and aftermarket RVSM solutions on the market.
